Our selection of Bouillon cubes comes from the ancient french tradition of preparing broth and drying it so as to being able to use it later and move it more easily. Originally, Bouillons were french restaurants specialized in soups, and they used this drying technique so that their broths would always taste the same. Our cubes, imported directly from Italy, come in a variety of flavors but always use top quality ingredients.
